I’m exhausted

Realized that my hypomania has been cycling multiple times a day. The psych clinic I go to is worthless and won’t diagnose me with bipolar, they won’t even listen to what I say. Two years ago I brought up my symptoms to the doctors assistant because he actually cared and he made an informal diagnosis but he left soon after to start his own practice because he became a doctor. My current doctor doesn’t give a damn about me. The only other clinic near me has an even worse reputation.
