Very good! Well done! They say that practicing gratitude helps you see your own life in a more positive light. Too often, I get stuck thinking about all the things I dont have in life, and that makes me depressed. So, part of my own fight is deliberately practicing gratitude. I hope this works for you the same way it works for me
