There are so many things . I’ll give some examples. To have superpowers for example. To be happy all the time. To be able to do so many things like traveling, having fun, helping people and so on. To cure all diseases. To bring love everywhere. God like powers and presence. God living among us.
I’m so selfish right now, but it’s put the oxygen mask on yourself first I figure. I’ll go for it, $500k in cash in my hand and I don’t have to worry about any other stuff. I can pay off all my debt, and go buy myself a place in Michigan without upsetting anyone at all. I can buy a masters and doctorate if I wanted, but I’ll work for it.
Geez I just want enough to be master of my own destiny, to work for the love of the work and not because I’m beholden to so many people…… I mean, I have an attitude so I never can pretend completely…. but the whole thing is I’d like the outside world to line up with my delusions of how the world should be. I think it should be full of trees and smart nice people. It should be full of people who want to live to a ripe old age, hunting their own meat if they want to eat meat. That’s MY attitude towards meat eating. I don’t mind it, that’s just the ethical way to go about it. Raise it yourself too.
I’m just sick of the city, the whole fake promise that the office job offers wealth and plenty, when it doesn’t. I mean, it can, but so could rural life once upon a time. It’s just density means higher taxes, higher costs, and if it doesn’t mean higher pay, it’s a suckers trap.
Modern Life IS a suckers trap. We- the peasant class- are ALL suckers to the wealthy who OWN everything. We, and our parents, are all born into debt if we do not own the land we live on, and do not own the house we live on. If at birth you have to pay for housing, you’re already in debt. Then most go to college- more debt. Then car- more debt. Both necessary debt bc good luck trying to get most jobs without a degree or without a car. Ofc, there’s the rent most of us have to pay, which is like half our take home pay- and it’s renting so we keep nothing at the end of the day (few own homes).
After rent, food, college loans, car payments, food, utilities, necessary items etc- we have maybe like 10% left, a few bucks here and there to buy stuff that make us FEEL like we have lots of shit in America, but we don’t.
ALL human life (except those born rich) is a suckers trap.
Which is why I hate when poor ppl have kids- predestining their kids to a life of poverty- or at best “middle class” which is still a suckers trap. Middle class in America still = struggling. Or less struggling but still not a “great” life.

After getting sober, Im feeling much improved actually 🙂 but there are things I think could make things better if I had the means.
1. More respectful coworkers
2. A clean slate with my record
3. Maybe a boyfriend. Not sure about this one.
4. Better health.
I’ll change what I can, and learn to accept what I cant.
