Okay. I have seen a psychiatrist. He asked me a bunch of question(we still haven’t talked about stuffs though)

So, the conclusion for today is I’ll be taking antidepressant.

So, how does it work? Like, will you be able to stop thinking of death or will it just let me be less negative about things?

Some of you might disagree or not believe this story but its the TRUTH.

A lot of doctors and psychiatrists are NOT even aware themselves just how terrible psychiatric meds are because they are misinformed or lied to from the drug companies which FUND Psychiatry itself. Psychotropics made me very helpless against my depression and some could have permanently disfigured me. They lowered my inhibitions and I did things which I permanently regret now. I was prescribed 16 different psych meds at different times in the last 6 years.

(I know that some of you won’t, but please keep your rude, degrading comments to youself. Like a diabetic doesn’t ask for diabetes, people with mental illness don’t ask for it either.)

I inherited bipolar depression from both my mother and father. I’ve had a lot of emotional problems since I was a child. I was always extremely depressed and angry, somtimes suicidal. Well I’m back after a year away. Not depressed, yet still badly wanting to depart this life. I contacted Dignitas at one point but was turned away as not terminal or elderly with chronic illness, and of course then there’s my extensive psychiatric history which apparently renders me incompetent of making this life/death decision. Not for me assisted suicide surrounded by loved ones in a nice room in Switzerland. Dream on, Louise50!

I’ve been on an antidepressant and it’s been working pretty well, until I had to handle stress. Lately I’ve been very stressed, to the point of cutting again. Other then that the antidepressant seemed to be working, currently I feel like dying and my heart is racing a mile a minute. Do I tell my doctor, or just keep it quiet?? I have an appointment tomorrow AM, so please give advice asap!

So it’s been a while since I’ve posted… Hope everyone’s surviving. Overall, I’ve been ok. Since my last post, I’ve been in therapy to attempt to put an end to my cutting. I had been clean for 3 months. A few days ago I cut for no reason, absolutely none. I just made up my mind and did it. Since then, I decided to ask for an antidepressant and my therapist was all for it.

Today I had a conversation with my psychiatrist and my parents about medication. Because only therapy doesn’t work for me, they decided to start with medication despite of the side effects it could have for me. But taking that decision is much easier than searching for the right medication. An antidepressant would take too much risk, because my father is bipolar and they were afraid that I would get stucked in the vicious circle of bipolar. i got a girlfriend! woohooo. asked her out on tuesday. she said yes. so now me and her are together.. but shes pretty busy so we dont get to hang out much.

So I made the noose today and hung it in my outside storage. So whenever I’m ready and I feel the urge… I’ve been cutting and purging for the last few days… it seems to help for a moment but not completely. Throughtout my life I have faced many chalenges. A year ago on this Friday, May 1, I was raped by my best friend. I talked to my mom’s ex-boyfriend about it and he seemed very compassionate and willing to help me with my recent misfortune.
