I want to make this thread, to gather people like me, who probably considering suicide because “i’m being a burden to others”. Other people that want to talk about the topic but don’t actually have that personal experience are also welcome.

i hate asking people for help. I hate being a burden. I hate being the first to text. But i do all of those things anyways cause i cant help it and its better than being alone. Why do you do that? Why can’t you send a simple message asking for help? You need it and you know it. Why is it so difficult to ask for help? To reach out?
