This is like my third post in two days.
Please advise on how to handle that feeling that noone really cares and the world would be waaaaay better off without you.
Cus, i for the past one month thats all i have been thinking. Cus i am a coward, i am still alive.
People , actually, one person who i thought cared a lot just turned out to be another one who didn’t.

I can’t hold the things I feel inside any longer I ditched school so Ican be alone so no one can bother me but it just caused more trouble.. I feel like a burden to my sisters to my brothers to my parents I can’t stay happy Cus when I am the thoughts jut flow back in those negative dark thoughts ..
My parents saw my cus and flipped of course. then say i need to go to a psychiatrist again and this guy seems to not understand or give a crap…..i just want to know what to do, how to feel at least ok. I want help. I want to be ok. But nothing works i tried it all and nothing. I can be doing a million things and i still can’t stop thinking about everything thats wrong.

For those of you who don’t know SP chat used to be a great place to vent, find friends, even be yourself. But the tides have changed.
