I’ve been struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts for at least the past 6 years (i’m only 20 but I can’t remember a time when I didn’t feel how I feel now)
Basically I had a traumatic childhood and early adult life and i’ve tried counselling/prescription drugs and nothing has worked.

I have many failed attempts behind me my last one was a paracetamol overdose, I walked to a remote place to let the paracetamol take over and causeÂ irreversibleÂ liver damage but turns out my remote location wasn’t remote enough and I was found by a ‘goodÂ Samaritan’ and taken to hospital :@

#4 A long time passed yet am back here. I wish something could help.

So, my story continues. Â I’ve got spinal problems causing chronic pain which I have lived with for years, but there’s no cure. Â Just strong strong painkillers. Â I’ve got mental health ‘issues’, to put it nicely. Â I have been diagnosed with clinical depression, to treatment-resistant depression, OCD and PTSD. Â Borderline personality disorder tendancies, with obsessional-compulsive personality disorder. Â My current diagnonsense is Bipolar II with complex PTSD, chronic pain and chronic suicidal ideation.

Hi there, if you don’t kno what’s wrong and ur just hurting with no explanation, the explanation is you are having a depressive episode. This is a feeling exactly like uv described that can be caused by stress, low blood sugar, a traumatic event , dream, or memory, or a hormone imbalance. It is totes normal and the best ways I’ve found to survive an episode are to -eat something, anything you are able to eat is good. If the first thing you eat is sugary like juice or candy, follow it up with something more substantial like bread, meat, pasta, rice, etc. Drink lots […]
