I don’t think anyone knows the battle you have with your own mind. Day in and day out. Then the people who set you off yell at you and blame you as if it not their fault. Frankly if you set anyone off and blame them they will get mad. So why blame it on the person who is already upset with daily living.
Frankly one day i will have enough courage to kill myself. The thought of leaving the world and the pain and suffering actually makes me more excited for death to come. To think that i will not be in pain […]

each morning and evening my thoughts are seized in belief that by finding a reason you became so decieving this pain will ease,and the pressure on my chest relieved making it easier to breathe which is necessary for all human beings

Just found this site.

Trying hard not to give up, like old men sometimes do.

It’s 2 am in this small upstate new york town, and timeÂ to go out walking, like i do at night. Haven’t been out during the day, or talked to anyone for a week. All evidence suggests i am already a ghost. Food, i hardly eat, slowly wasting away. No more family, no more freinds. Not very social anymore.

Funny thing, seeing other people hurting always makes me cry. Other people in dispair and emotional pain, i get it, been there.Â I want to reach out and say “it will get better, just being alive […]

idk what to do anymore. ive tried meds and everything i can think plus somethings from family but its not helping. i feel worse each day more then the last. i feel like im drwoning in my own mind and it scares. for the first time in my life im scared and pleding with tears in my eyes for an anwser but nothing reveals itself and when i go looking i meet by dispair and unimportance. ive been thinking of ending it all and just letting go and i know it would be easy but idk. everyday i think about what is happening to me […]
