I don’t even think people honestly care enough about me to read, but here I go..

I’m still getting worse. I feel like it’s going to be worse than last time. Last time I was threatened with theÂ hospitalÂ This time I might be forced to go. Everything is going downhill. Well, some of you on chat knows me as CL and I’m just getting to the end of my tether here. And talk about timing. My mother and her partner have just announced their engagement last night and me, my sis and her fiancÃ©e only know at the moment. They’re all in their own happy worlds even though there are hardships here and there and there’s me wanting to kill myself. Not much of a break…

Well, the long awaited Christmas break started Friday and I dont feel any better. My hopes were that with 1o days off from school that i could pull myself together and maybe actually be happy again. I was wrong, of course. Dont get me wrong, Christmas Eve and Christmas were pretty great- probably the only happy days ill have for awhile. Ive basically been hounded by my family about school and grades (the cause of my depression relapse and suicidal thoughts) the entire break. Happy days have gone away, happy days i wish they’d stay.

Now the days are dark and dreary, everyone is feeling weary.

Sadness comes and settles in, There my dreams go in the wind.

I wish i didn’t have to force a smile, won’t you come and sit a while?

I’ll tell you ’bout the good ‘ol days, the happy ones- they’ve gone away.

Nearly Sleepless Night

Had a few good (sort of) days. Now the depression is coming back like it always does. Suffering 2 month long dakr depression for 2 to 3 days of mild happiness? Who ever said it was worth it was a wonderful optimist. The sad part is the depression is getting worse and darker and playing with my suicide button I don’t really hide at all within myself. I don’t know why, I don’t know how.Â All I know is that I can make myself feel better for a while by giving myself 1 or 2 almighty punches in the side of the head.Â I don’t know if giving myself a headache gives me somethingÂ to concentrate on, or whether it just shakesÂ my noggin enough to make it work properly for a while.Â Â If it’s the latter, maybeÂ it’s similarÂ to The Fonz hitting the side of the jukebox at Arnold’s.Â Happy days.

Hi guys, I hope every is feeling better today, even its just a little better, better is better.

I have started teaching at the weekends, its one of the ways i cope with my deppression,Â i used to be seriously depressed a few years ago, after a few trips to the er a few weeks in rehab andÂ with the help of aÂ new found friend i have my life back.
