Hi all, just registered, found the site through some google work. Have been hospitalised for 7 months in February with a nervous breakdown/depression (not certain which, they never told me) after being on Xanax for years. Been back to work in October and had to go see a new psychiatrist for follow-up who subscribed me on Fluoxetine (Prozac). I was doing ok (relatively) before that but for some reason I’m now more depressed than before instead of vice versa. The medication also makes me highly nauseous, especially sick in the morning, and causes severe heart pain in the early hours of morning when lying in […]

My last post “no energy“ was posted on Sunday.

Monday i woke up for school, was very hot, butÂ didn’tÂ think much of it. i got up and felt really ill and my belly was tossing and turning, so i went to the toilet.

But on my way to the toilet i went the dizziest i’ve ever been, then i blacked out. I’m realizing where’s no reason to keep indulging with procrastination. Having another week or another day of just letting time flow is meaningless.

Searching for the best method is a way to tell yourself you’re not really ready yet. I just settled for the simplest thing to put together and got a rope. Right now I’m writing notes for the only two people I care they get a note, I scrapped my idea of writing notes for everyone else, it’s not worth the hassle.

I keep starting and deleting everything I write. I try and articulate how I’m feeling and what I feel I need to do but I just can’t. It’s not so much that I’m insecure, mostly just that everything I try to explain doesn’t come out right. Writing has never really been my strong point.
