I’ve been feeling very strange lately.
For no obvious reason, my head hurts.
Well, not in a literal way like when I have a headache, but it still hurts.
I feel pressure inside my head.
It prevents me from thinking clearly.
I feel like there is a foreign object in my brain.
Anyone familiar with this feeling?
How do I get rid of it?
I don’t know why, I don’t know how. All I know is that I can make myself feel better for a while by giving myself 1 or 2 almighty punches in the side of the head. I don’t know if giving myself a headache gives me something to concentrate on, or whether it just shakes my noggin enough to make it work properly for a while.  If it’s the latter, maybe it’s similar to The Fonz hitting the side of the jukebox at Arnold’s. Happy days.

wow, in order to forget the pain in my leg and ankle i have to over does on pills to give me a killer headache but im still miserable and in pain this is so fucked

killing myself 4 times. I wouldn’t say I have the
roughest life, but I do go through a lot of stuff.
And, like everyone I have bumpy roads. Many of
them in facr. The first time I tried suicide was a
couple years after I started cutting. First time
I cut myself, I was around 10? And, first suicide
attempt I was maybe 11. The first time I tried

I stumled upon this site looking up techniques on how to sleep. I know how to get myself to sleep but i rather use my phone to distract myself. I always had trouble sleeping through the night because I cannot turn off. During the day I don’t think much about anything. As much as I love dreaming- I rather toss, turn nd give myself a headache. A thunderstorm has been over me for about an hour now..it’s beautiful nd therapeutic. Cleared my mind of all this anxiety.
How is everyone else feeling this morning?
Is it weird that to me taking 40 advil for a headache seems reasonable even if you know it won’t work? I don’t see the big deal. It took me 59 to OD last time so 40 is nothing to worry about. Yet, no one believes me when I say I was not trying to hurt/ kill myself. Stupid people. They all know I don’t lie. I want to get better. It just struck me as something interesting to do. i just started cutting again. word of advice… taking 7 Aleve to get rid of a headache only intensifies it. ugh… i feel awful… i am at school right now. i was about to slit my throat in the restroom but some ***** walked in & i had to hide the blade fast.
my close friend nick has recently ODed on prescription drugs. he first told me that he thought it would help his headache if he took a few extra, but that was before i found out he did it on purpose. usually nick is full of energy sure, but he also has an addiction to burning his body and also cutting gashes into his palms. as i am a cutter, yes i admit.. but it just makes me upset knowing nick ruins his beautiful body and has trouble telling me why. i completely respect this, as he doesn’t see his father, and his mother has told […]
