I’m in a perpetual emotional tilt. Dazed and confused. Head spinning.

Hello, my depressive friends. So i want to sharehere my thoughts and feelings. If i feel a sadness, (last times i most felt that.) me like a more peopld listen sad music. I noted a reply to one of my earlier posts that stated I was not actually talking about committing suicide immediately or maybe that was never my intent at all.
