Have you ever tried or even thought about committing suicide to any of these places? And do you have a place in which you would like to commit (or attempt) suicide?
As for me, I went to the Corinth Canal several times (for those who don’t know, I live in Athens, Greece), but I never thought to jump from the Acropolis of Athens… And I keep wondering why…
I know it’s kind of dumb thinking this way. Like, it’s not my fault my dad was not the brightest bulb in the box and I know this. But I hate him for doing this to me.

It seems like every few nights anxiety rears it’s ugly head. I can ignore it for a while until I realize my jaws been clenched so tight my head hurts and I’m getting short of breath. I’ve had the jaw thing going on so long I swear it’s changed the shape of my face. Well, things have gotten worse. My parents found out that I was going on this site (they went through my search history, apparently privacy is a privilege that I can’t have) and they were furious. They sent me to some doctor who diagnosed me with bipolar disorder and OCD (yey me). Oh, and I still don’t have any friends. At least the weather is warming up, gonna get to use that charcoal and tent soon.
I have never claimed I have OCD. That’s because I know how severe it gets for people. But some things I do are based off fear so bad that they prevent me from doing anything or making decisions–
On Friday I was sent to the E.R. for suicidal thoughts that were persistent. The night before I spent hours trying to find and decide what socks I should wear. I spent an hour (not exaggerating) telling myself that I shouldn’t wear the only pair of socks I found– grey socks.

Is anyone of you suffering from anxiety?
Well, I’m a pretty lucky person to get various psychological disorders such as anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, etc.
From many days, I am experiencing the weakness in the left part of my body (left leg, arm, left part of face).
I think it may be because of anxiety, but the symptoms are getting worse day-by-day.
And recently, the left part of my body has become so weak that I am afraid I’ll get a stroke or something..
I am really freaked out and extremely terrified..
If anyone has similar experience, please share so that I can get relief.

Sorry for bothering whoever a out there but idk. Just wanna share my story I guess. I’m clinically diagnosed with very very bad depression and anxiety, ptsd, OCD, adhd, and dyslexia… I have 4 attempts. All failed of course. I mean I’m still here obviously. But like.. I’m gay. At school I get called so many names… My gf (ex now) spreads rumors that I tried to sleep with her and that I’ve slept with many girls and guys (I’m a virgin). And my life is basically a living nightmare… And I’m not sure I can go on anymore.
I absolutely hate how I can push and try and feel a little better one night then the next morning when I wake up it’s like an elephant on my chest and I am depressed that I woke up. So, hi all, I’m new here. That sentence in itself sounds whack enough to qualify me to be here, eh? I was reading the Read This First – Actively Suicidal subsection & noted how well it applied to me. I feel that my coping resources are next to nil. Never had good ones, but with so many stresses going on I can’t even seem to get the ones I have to work. I won’t bore you with a backstory. But it’s not good – abuse, death etc. etc. Back in November I fell in love with this girl. I’d been in long and serious relationships before but this was a very different feeling. After things went, for want of a better word, tits up I gave up on the idea. I have OCD, depression, and a fear of weight. For a girl in a christian home, that is the stupidest thing ever. I feel so ungrateful when I think about why I am the way I am, but I can’t change, and I don’t want to. I will be like this forever… or as long as I live.
I have been dealing with suicidal depression for over a year now. I’m 18 I no longer live at home due to some family issues and am currently living with my sister who I split rent with. Ever feel like everything would be okay if you could just climb out of your skin and be the person you were meant to be? I think that I would have been an okay person. I came upon this website because I have anxiety OCD where I have reoccurring thoughts of killing myself and I usually find myself researching suicide late at night when I can’t sleep which has been very often lately.
