Medications number 14 and 15 woooo.

Now taking 100 mg of Lamictal (will be bumping to 200 soon)

and 2 mg of prazosin (1 mg 2x a day)

I cry every single day now 🙂 . My doc dismissed this, and continues to just want to up the dose because I’m still suicidal, Idk what he doesn’t understand about the fact I will never not be suicidal and I will never not think of harming myself daily.

I did find out that I don’t process folic acid right which can screw with my body’s ability to make what controls my mood. Unfortunately I can’t afford the vitamin […]

Has anyone ever kept years worth of emotion bottled up to the point where you’re afraid to release it anymore? to the point that you feel every ounce of rage you can muster suddenly flare whenever the slightest thing irritates you?

They underestimate me…

I few days ago I had a meeting with my doctor an psychiatrist, and my doctor was like: “Oh, and ofcourse next week thursday is your leaving date.” Just in middle of the conversation, and I was like: “What??!! O.o” because it wasn’t the plan, we would discuss about what next, staying longer in the psychiatric hospital or getting therapy, on next week tuesday, and he already made a discision, which he would not change clearly. So, I had another session with my therapist the other day and she’s sending me off to be tested. We did a graph thing while talking, and she said, based off the graph, I’m one of those uncommon people who aren’t like everyone else. Just because I told her the main reason why I can’t sleep, besides the fact that my body decides it’s not to be tired until early hours in the morning. Why? Why is it that I feel useless? Why is it that people always find it so incredibly easy to leave me behind? I really don’t understand why I could possibly be so fucking useless and so hopeless that opening my eyes of a morning is the first and worst mistake I make of the day.

She sat in her small chair
while the pair of glasses
with the big desk
scribbled notes.

Not heart words,
though she tried to show him,
tried to take him with her
to her blue-green world.

All he could create
was black marking on a page.

Fucking fed up.

Eleven years. It’s been eleven years since I’ve had control over my emotions. Since I have felt any sense of normalcy or joy.

Medication after medication. None of them have worked.

Electro shock therapy. Gave me six months of relief before I relapsed, and my psychiatrist is convinced that the habits and anxiety and addictions that I never used to have before the ECT would have happened anyway. When I went through the treatment, I had no memory of anything for months straight. I forgot how to drive, where I was half the time, and each session was nightmarish.

Well, I’ve been psycho for past few months. I got betrayed by my friend, live bullying and shit. Some damn kids use the adult relationships to ruin my life since kid. They bully me for so many years already and still do. It’s very humiliating cause they’re like 6 years or younger than me.

Will the they hospitalise me if I mention my attempt?

My appointment is roughly 24 hours away and it will be the first time I’ve gone to a therapist/doctor – now I’m wondering: if I mention my recent failed attempt(s) and my true thoughts will they commit me to hospital? Â My attempt a week ago failed then two days later I was thwarted by a recently installed fence preventing me to simply hop into an exit.

I don’t know what to think anymore. I’m so uncertain of everything. My mind is playing tricks on me. I have no idea what’s going on in my mind. Depression has taken over every part of my life. It’s really difficult now…

He’s right.
He ran all kinds of physical tests to make sure there was nothing physical.

He’s a psychiatrist, so there’s no talk time.

Yet he figured out what blew me past the limits of my meds… the voices I hear now… or just noticed that I hear now.

Loneliness.

I’m in another country.
I’ve been abandoned by both wings of my family.
There is not a soul that hears me.

Online people share my words, but not a one knows my face. No one has ever looked me in the eyes.

If they did, they would not believe my words anymore.

For the past three months I’ve been a recluse. I was in college, excited about life, happy, and i was in control of my depression. Now I’m too depressed to continue school, scared of the future, want no future, and I just don’t have the will to live. I don’t want to continue life.
