I got rejected a couple of times today and getting rejected makes me have suicidal thoughts. I do not know why but that is a trigger for me. I am numbering these by importance to me. Rejection number one was from my high school’s guidance counselor. We were supposed to go to a place that holds an alternative program for schooling. I made a mistake, a huge mistake. I met a boy, with beautiful green eyes and a personality that trapped me like a helpless fly in a spiders web. In that web was the only place I wanted to be. Over a couple weeks I got to know him and I fell, fell so hard it was sad. I smiled constantly, because of him, and he made me laugh, the real kind, (not the bubblegum-fairy-princess kind you feed to people around you when your depressed) it was amazing. heavy duty shit in therapy yesterday. rejection, dismissal, self hatred etc etc. my psyche is fighting tooth and nail to keep some horrible thing secret. what that is i don’t know. saw the shrink last week. another appointment and a new script. losing faith in pharmaceuticals. there doesn’t seem to be anything out there for me. left the office angry and upset. felt rejected, dismissed, discarded. why exactly i don’t know. the doc didn’t do or say anything particularly egregious. it was like there was something i desperately wanted to communicate but i couldn’t find the words. then my 20 minutes was up. go away. wow, two post in one day, guess I got alot to say hunh? people say the teen years are the best years of your life. But to me there full of confusion, having to deal with people who look down on you, rejection, social exclusion, and uncertainty. idk, maybe that’s just me. Number three, exams.
Everyone goes through the stress of exams, I am currently in my final year of high school so there is a lot of pressure on me to do well. Lately I have found myself predicting the outcome of every event.  If the outcome is unfavorable then I simply do not want to be a part of it. For instance, if I meet someone, and I know that they will think negatively about me in some light I do not want to get involved with them what so ever.  I feel like my biggest problem is that I know I will eventually become discouraged about every relationship I have, and because of this I am extremely apprehensive about hanging out with people.
