One month of bliss, 2 years of hell

My head hurts right now, but not as much as my… thing that pumps blood? Heart! Oh yeah, I almost forgot I had one. Mangled, shot, and stabbed, and still breathing till this day. Quite impressive resilience.

Suicide has been very much on my mind for a long time. For as long as I remember, the thought of putting an end to my life would come up whenever I experienced pain, confusion, unhappiness. Pouf! Jump off the window and put an end to all that! That urge to jump into the air remains with me. I do consider other ways of killing myself from time to time, sleeping pills, hanging…hanging particularly appeals to me despite the gruesome sight of someone hanging from a rope. Maybe in heaven, there will be understanding.

Understanding of the motives of each and everyone.

Understanding why they feel the way they feel.

Maybe it will be more than understanding, maybe you will get a first person glimpse of what it is like to be someone else.

Connecting of each other to form a peaceful, heavenly bond.

Madness, disappointment, RAGE,Â hatred, disgust, FEAR, sadness, grief, humiliation, shyness, cowardliness, regret, sorrow, loneliness, Physical pain, emotional pain, stress, turmoil, suffering, HOPELESSNESS, nonsense,Â will be overcame.

Maybe in heaven, things will all make sense. It will all PUZZLE together.

This has been my brief, but overhwelming experience. I raise my hat off to you …you’re doing well for others, but never forget to do well for yourself too ….

Resilience means to stand up to challenges, because everyone has them in life just different kinds.

If our waking day is made up of 18 hours, be careful what and where you focus the majority of your day. Do not let others poison your mind with their lesser thoughts, but also do not poison your mind (& body) with your own. You are stronger to resist then you think. […]
