My life just took an 180Âº turn.. for worst.

So I had my appointment with the psychologist today. Needless to say that two minutes in and he was already giving me paper tissues. I was crying my heart out. I told him pretty much everything. Concentration problems, trouble sleeping, depression, lack of memories, suicidal thoughts (I explained I wouldn’t do it because of my mom tho). And according to him, I should had seeked help a long time ago, as now I am so deep into depression.

alternative actions for my day…

I am making a list of things that I could do to help me make it to Tuesday…
aside from stuffing my face with crap (which does not help in any way) what can I realistically do / accomplish / come up with / fabricate / engineer / occupy my time with / invent / rearrange / be proactive about / just to get on with it?

* take a shower
* eat a healthy breakfast
* work on details of a resume to help myself on Tuesday so the appointment I am putting such stock and hope in is able to help me go forwards…..

fuck it. it seems two of my posts have been removed. Why they would leave the last be, is beyond me, seeing as they all deal with suicide. I cannot comprehend why this topic is so taboo. What good will come of this censorship. The right way to move forward would be to have an open and constructive discussion. Whatever, it just bums me out. I can’t even find my drafts, so all is lost. and they were fine posts, with comments from people showing interest (or sarcasm).

Will a mix of diclofenic, codeine phosphate, ibuprofen, amitripiline,Â paracetamolÂ gabapentin and diazepam be enough to kill me outright.?

I canâ€™t get out of the house to get alcohol but have about 150 pills altogether. I have a very disabling, chronic physical condition that renders me in 24/7 severe pain and distress. I canâ€™t be helped and living is not an option. I have suffered too long like this and need it end for mine and my familyâ€™s sake. Please advise only if you can guide me if it will work. Why bother attempting something when all it will lead to isÂ embarrassmentÂ and worsening of the situation? When somethings fucked, you can never fix it back to 100%, so why do you try? It will never be as good as you could possibly make it.
