Sometimes, I just can’t believe what  has happened to me. I just can’t. Why? My life is absolute shit and embarrassing. I mean, when you’re depressed, you can talk to someone about it. This is the first time I have ever told anyone I have been contemplating suicide. Most people would say I have a good life, which I do agree, but I can’t find the motivation to want to help myself. I failed my first year of university, they offered to let me retake the year but at a different campus, my mother suffers from severe depression so I could not tell her, she thinks I was picked to go to the other campus for doing well. I can’t tell her, and I feel awful for lying.
Now I have to sort out things with my landlady but she isn’t picking up her phone.

Hi there, i don’t want to go into a lot of detail so i will try keep it short. I have suffered from severe depression for 10 years. It started with a breakdown caused by a split with my boyfriend and i swallowed a bottle of paracetomol. I freaked out and called for help. All I am is nothing, all I have is nothing. I am 35 now I was first dyagnosed with severe depression and potentually suicidal at age10. Freeing myself from this pathetic exictence is all I think of all day everyday.
Suicide is all I have ever seen myself accomplishing in life in my 20’s I used to tell myself that I would wait and maybe life or myself would prove me wrong, but all that has happened is my belief that I have but 1 option is proven more and more a truth then anything else.

I have severe depression, and have for years. Because of this, I have done so much stupid stuff, pushed so many people away. I have nobody. And I mean nobody. I hear all this stuff about “suicide must be stopped” “find out the risk factors of suicide to prevent it” “Prison inmates suicide can be stopped” WHY I don’t get why they want to stop suicide. I remember all the negative about the past and it is hard to concentrate on the positives.
