Ah yes, depression. The thing that’s been haunting me all my life, and just gets worse and worse. There were some points where I would get better for a while. But then I would spiral back into that dreadful state. Crashing harder and further each time. Sometimes I wonder, “when am I finally gonna give up?”

Here’s the thing I’ve never told anyone: I want to die. SO badly…..and it pathetic. It feels like a living hell each second I’m alive. And worst part is, nobody really gives a s***t.

I don’t think anyone knows the battle you have with your own mind. Day in and day out. Then the people who set you off yell at you and blame you as if it not their fault. Frankly if you set anyone off and blame them they will get mad. So why blame it on the person who is already upset with daily living.

IÂ have been depressd/anxious for 30 years but I have managed to find some happiness during that time too.Â I will never be “normal”. I know that sucidal thoughts have many causes, mentall illness, faulty thinking,Â life experiences or endogenous/ exogenousÂ depression.

But many times people commit sucide because sometimes the pain of life is way too much to handle. Why suffer everydayâ€¦why die a slow death everyday?
