I know how much the decision to commit suicide really hurts. I know how much pain it takes to be pushed to that point. About six or seven years ago I made the decision to kill myself. Six or seven. That’s how long it’s been since I’ve been pushed that far. Luckily for me the day I made that decision someone, who I know consider my guardian angel, saved my life. hello i posted here before once and got some good advice…but im feeling like ending my life more then ever. Everyday pain

Its that time of day again. The time where everything is dark and hopeless. Where everything is horrible end Â everything is falling apart.

This happens everyday and there is nothing I can do about it.

Some nights are worse than others… Last night was the worst in a few weeks. so tonight is not as bad but it is still horrible and incredibly painful..

I wish I could feel total numbness. Or smoke some bud. Take a few shots of vodka or whiskey. Anything to stop these thoughts for the time being..

I cannot stand a new day beginning. I hate the daylight because i live in the darkness. Today begins a new day to struggle through..i dont have alot of fight left in me. I am depressed.

I am an insomniac.

I have an obsessive compulsive nature.

I am paranoid.

I can’t cope.

It’s been said that admitting your faults, admitting your issues, is one step on the way to recovery. But when your 2 million steps below the surface, one step doesn’t make that much difference.
