Tomorrow morning Iâ€™m going to my first counseling appointment with a counselor of my choice who specializes in the areas I need help with most. Scared and anxious are words that donâ€™t even do the situation justice. Iâ€™m beyond terrified, but I will be strong and I will not resist help like Iâ€™ve always done in the past. I wish I had just one person standing by my side, telling me Iâ€™m making the right choice and I will be okay, but I donâ€™t. In the end we have ourselves and that has to be enough.

I’m a survivor.

A few people in this world, supported a few med pros who taught me how to survive. Last wweek I wanted a dr to put a bullet through my head, over something stupid. I was having a hard time getting through some proocedures. So the dr had to spend an extra five minutes which seemed eternal for me, making certain that I wouldn’t go home and die. I am so depressed right now that it almost hurts to breathe. I just want to curl up in a ball and die. I want somebody to hold me so I can cry o. Their shoulder like a baby. But I can’t cry. I have a dam built up inside me to keep my emotions from showing. It has held up well so far, but dams break, and I’m scared of what will happen when my dam breaks.

I am so frustrated and heartbroken right now. My poor little dog is 14 and I took him to a new groomer today. He was absolutely fine before he left, but when I picked him up he was crying and limping. I thought ok give it an hour because he might be stressed out and his arthritis might be acting up.
