I just found an article about a 13 years old boy that died close to where I live. The article was sketchy and seemed to be leaving too much out but had no trouble describing the boys mother holding his life less body rocking back and forth in the ditch. At first I thought maybe he got hit by a car….but the article would have just said that, why leave that out? I thought more on it, the kid killed himself. I found another article that confirmed it. The whole article was deeply disturbing as it described how the kids on the school bus saw […]
My friends, do they know how unhappy I am with life? Just curious. They notice I’m always the first one awake as soon as the sun starts coming up but do they know that when I’m laying with my eyes open I’m thinking about death and some more shit? Or that when I get frustrated its nothing controllable and do they notice my triggers? Do they notice I don’t laugh when they joke about people with depression or other mental illnesses?? Should I explain it to them?? How do I do that??
While my name is Jonas i constantly feel like Jonah from the bible. Stuck in a whale and i try praying but i always find that when i think I’m out it was just mania. My parents never listen to what i say. I think maybe i should be homeless at the shelter just to avoid my triggers. They think I’m tripping on drugs, and i am heavily addicted to DXM. I can’t smoke weed because I’m on probation. Because of me being a fool and hitting my ex for cheating on me. I’ve lost myself and all sense of reality. My family doesn’t believe […]

The pieces aren’t special or particularly high quality, it’s rather the fact that I listened to them for a period of time when I felt really bad and thus my brain associates it with these kind of emotions. I can actually trace some songs to the time and reason of feeling bad, which is kind of funny since I was listening to music to make me feel better and now it does the exact opposite. […]
I’m hoping this post triggers a discussion, because I need to hear some opinions from some people who don’t know me personally. All comments would be appreciated.
I’m soon to turn 24 and have been ill since I was 7. Over the years, my physical illness has made me feel extremely anxious, embarrassed, ashamed and worthless. The severity of my illness has fluctuated, causing periods of false hope which result in deeper and deeper depression every time I’m back to my normal, bedridden state.
My illness (which I shan’t fully describe), among many other unpleasant symptoms, leaves me in constant pain which is not even touched […]
