woke up, in a good mood, cleaned the room, used as little electricity as soon as I realized what day it was. I messed up twice. opps. Anyway, had a small meal today. so limited my food intake. Checked my blood pressure, 102 over 76, is normal apparently, and my pulse rate is normal for my age, 82.
