hey everyone.
i don’t have too much to say but i’ll start off by mentioning that this post isn’t at all for myself.
there are a lot of people who come to this site and write down their experiences/situations for others to read, but many of us here don’t really receive help.
the only way things fall away from goodness is because of a lack of God. so basically what i’m trying to say is that if you really want to make your life and yourself better, you need Him, and you need Him more than just an hour a week.
if you’d like to talk about Him or just talk to me, please contact me! but if you don’t have anything nice to say, then please don’t say anything at all.
if you want to talk to me, just view this page, www.skull09.net and there’s a little way to chat with me if i’m online, and there are multiple ways to contact me listed, including AIM, MSN, Yahoo, Facebook, and email.
i’m just a 17 year old guy, from texas. i’d really love to help anyone if they would just let me, but the most i can do for you is tell you/try to convince you of what i’ll say now: seek God for help and live for Him. this has worked for me, and it has worked for others – God Himself promises for it to work.
if you’ll accept anything – please know that the meaning of life is to follow your conscience. love your neighbor as yourself.
if anyone would like for me to pray for him/her, please just ask.
thank you very much for reading.
take care,
-Daniel

Daniel, though your point is valid, your logic is flawed. Simply stated: the “God will save you and will heal everybody” philosophy doesn’t work for everyone. Instead of automatically assuming someone follows the same faith as you, suggest that they try to hang on to a religion that they might follow. This method would work much better, because if you tell someone who is of a different religion that “God is the answer”, they are liable to get offended, making the situation worse. Please keep in mind that I am in no way bashing your beliefs and I do agree with the point you are trying to make with the people on this site.
this is not a matter of opinion nor is it a matter of preference. there is only one God, and i listen to Him. if God said it was ok to let people go their own ways, i wouldn’t be here at all. where is my logic flawed if what i am stating is true? this isn’t a philosophy, it’s the promise God makes to each and every one of us.
Hi dear, I am a 21 year old girl and I am glad at 17, you’re sweet enough to offer kind words and a shoulder to cry on and to put a smile on someone’s face.
Well, @ all others who are commenting at his “logic”, when there are people with no logic at 30 and 40, our little man here has way more logic at 17.
It’s not about what is logical. What is right or wrong is a matter of perception. It’s all about how we have a little sweet friend here when we are all here to complain about our sad lives, stupid mistakes, death and suicide (are these all logical?).
I am 21 and different from what I was 17.I just hope you will remain as good and kind as you are today.
Just remember, imposing your belief in God may not be great way to make people feel better. People have their own views about life and spirituality, and they are sensitive areas of people’s lives you shouldn’t impose and offend.
God bless you.
