I mean, it doesn’t seem fair to bill a person who was involuntarily committed. Is that what they do? It also seems a little cruel to bill someone who came in voluntarily because they are suicidal. To do so would encourage more suicides, it seems.
You’re right about that. Life seems to become a vicious downward spiral once you get to this point. Nothing positive ever seems to happen, but the bad news just keeps coming. You eventually get so numb from it that you don’t feel anything at all. Once you’re that far down, what’s the point of living?
