Ugh yeah I hate that my small cha-chas got bigger cause I gained some weight. No need to starve yourself girl. I was there but I only gained it all back weeks later. I seriously don’t know what else to do but eat healthy and exercise daily.
I starved myself for a about a month and a half last year (Lol at only going a month without food)
It worked a treat, then I only ate a bit of salad.. it was pretty quick to drop 3 dress sizes, deffo doing that again.
Yes eat healthy and exercise, make sure to drink lots of water after each meal to wash down the food and dillude it. Don’t starve yourself that will mess you up, if one continues to starve themselves… after a long period of time,, it’s going to change your…metabolism(?) and it’s going to make it SUPER EASY FOR YOU TO GAIN WEIGHT even if you don’t eat alot… yeaa something like that. So yeah, just eat normal and healthy. Try to eat lettuce with every meal,
I’d love to lose some weight too. I remember I used to starve myself for 3 months. Only ate alittle every now and then. Lost a lot of fat. Well I thought I was fat. Still do now even though my mom tells me I’m not. But it doesn’t bother me that much to try starvation again.
