I’m soo confused about so much atm and everything in my life seems to be getting worst or at a stand still.
I feel numb and then the next thing I know I’m crying.
How can I get my anger out and all my emotions, without self harming?
I don’t know what to do.

Go running go to a deslote place to think and screeaamm as loud as you can .. It really works

I like drawing furiously on a piece of paper until the feeling goes and I’ll throw the paper away, it’s like throwing all those unpleasant emotions away with it. :9
