I am mediocre, useless and worthless. Therefore I will always be alone.
I tried to escape, but there is no hiding from your own being. Only in death can you lose yourself.
Soon the burden will be too much to bear. Soon I will disappear and fade away. Before the first day of spring.

My fear includes the exact opposite of this statement.
What if in death I am trapped with myself for eternity ?
@caucajun32 – Then you better get used to that thought becuase no-one escapes Death.
Your perceptiveness, articulation and capacity for honest emotion keeps you from being either of those three things you claim you are. Ever thought about writing? I feel like you’d be good at it…people with the combination of those qualities tend to be. Gives them an edge.
@biscuit, ……. there could be the possibility of a God and that God may allow us to not be wrapped up in self so much in the after life that we could be free.
Its not about escaping death, it comes to us all.
@caucajun32 – I agree with you, if there was a God we would be free in Death.
@Cream Soda
I don’t know, I’m just tired…Your kind words are appreciated though
@caucajun32
There are theories (Nietszsche’s eternal recurrence mostly) according to wich all of us will relive our lives over and over again for eternity. There’s no more proof for this than for any other afterlife so who knows… I had great times in the past so that particular possibility is not the worst for me.
@The Absurdist – I like Nietszche, he inspires me, but I cannot bear the thought of reliving my life over and over if such is the case, tell me did Frederick Nietszche offer a sallution to the problem?
@Biscuit
Not one you would enjoy.
Short answer: “Did you ever say Yes to one joy? O my friends, then you said Yes to all woe as well. All things are chained and entwined together, all things are in love; if ever you wanted one moment twice, if ever you said: ‘You please me, happiness, instant, moment!’ then you wanted everything to return!”

*Sigh* I must side with Arthur Scheupenhouar when I quote “Life is something that should not have been”.
If Nietzche was right, then I agree with Arthur, why create more life is we are only going to relive our life over and over agian.
Thank you for the link, I will take a look at it.
@The Absurdist As someone who has helped me I wish you the best. Your story is one of the SPers I don’t know. I want to know why you feel you can’t go on and that this is your last winter.
@kno1 Sorry I didn’t reply to this earlier, just saw it.
Help you? You must be mistaking me for someone else. As for my story, not in the mood to go into details, cliffnotes version is I have ruined my life with my own hands and now I have nothing to look forward to but homelessness and loneliness.
