Listen, I know that me coming and telling you suicide is not the way will sound over used and so on. But I was one of the people posting on this site and planning suicide for weeks, and then I just chose not to do it (I practically could have ended it all) and decided to live on. And seriously it’s like a weight being lifted off my shoulders, sure I still have my problems but at least now I have the will to live. Don’t give up, life is great but you won’t find out how great if you choose to die. If you want to stop your mom’s abuse tell a school counselor, or a teacher that seems nice enough to help you through this. Don’t just bear it, don’t stand being pushed around if you want to change something get up and do it. I wish you the best, hope you solve your problems
If this is a genuine post, then obv ur mother has mental issues that are beyond your control and u should not blame urself. You should contact ‘other’ family, teachers, or some adults you know ! neigbors?
If this really legit. Then I will inform you to go to a neighbor and call the police on her. She can go to jail for attempting murder.

if u are genuine, i would suggest simply phoning police or walking that 4 miles to someone else’s place …
or teachers, helphotline, police …

I am “giving her a chance” by telling to drop the silly act and discuss her issues – but really – who has no other means to cry for help on an obscure web site like this? I mean really? you’re in mortal danger and you go out of your way to find a web site with a few hundred people, at most, scattered across the globe – if this person was in any type of REAL danger – then facebook or myspace would be a better option – but I’d think a person who know how to use a computer/web would have enough base skilz to find the website of their local police

I agree that lots of her story doesn’t add up, but it’s unlikely that she just finds it funny. The way she (or her sister) kept asking if anyone had read her comment when she said she was dead… seems to suggest she wants attention really badly. If you didn’t tell the truth, deathbug, just say and tell us what’s really going on… people care if you’re suicidal, it doesn’t matter if it’s not as dramatic as all that.
I concur. Tell us the real story and we will try to help you. I promise not to be mad if you were lying before.
I don’t know if this is intentional lying. Maybe deathbug has some mental issues that prevent her from separating reality from fantasy. Maybe she has split personality disorder. Either way, I strongly believe she should be talking to a professional. I don’t believe anyone on the Internet can help her separate fantasy from reality.

I think it’s the same. From the stuff she said it didn’t sound like MPD. (Done research on it before.) If she does live in the woods and she’s 16 she can’t easily see a professional. Anyway, hope you come back to talk, deathbug 🙂
It doesn’t sound like mpd, I was just putting ideas out there. If it’s hard to see a proffessional surely you can call a suicide hotline? It’s just too hard to get an accurate picture via Internet. I hop you find someone you can trust to talk to
