the reason i haven’t been eating properly is because I’m trying to lose weight, or become skinny… i weigh 117. and I’m 14 years old…i just want one of those “perfect” body’s that most girls i see have.
i used to weigh 120….
i know that 117 isn’t fat or heavy…. its just…. i hate my body!!

I’m not going to cuddle your emotions. It’s stereotypical for a young girl to go through this. There’s so many people that can help you out there. Don’t come to this site. You’re 14 young and you have a lot to learn, you need to ask for help, that’s all.
i came to this site not for this reason. i just needed to get this off my chest. I’m actually depressed and was suicidal and i self harm…
117 is great; I wish I was that weight still. *ahem*
But please, please, PLEASE be careful. You may want to control your body and feel like you’re in control of your own weight, which is natural, but this method of doing it can get you way out of control, FAST.
If you really want to control your body, keep it nice and healthy and well-nourished. At a nice, beautiful middle ground. Thinness isn’t all it seems to be. And we all want you to eat properly 🙂

it’s okay, you know. i’m 14 as well and i weigh 127 lbs., and i’ve put myself on a low-fat diet. my goal is 115. are you done growing? because it not, it’s unsafe you you to be on a diet. also, that might be why you’re not happy with your body, it’s still changing. just don’t starve yourself.

O: i have the same problem to i think i weight about 112 and im still unhappy about it. I used to eat less and weight myself consently. But now im gonna exericse more i dont know about the eating part but im gonna exericse maybe try out for track. But its nice that you are eating again and doing it the healthy why. Straving isnt the way to go. Also the the tummy aches try taking something for it or go to the doctor.

fyi – girls generally finish growing between the ages of 15-18 and boys 17-20
eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly and let your body grow properly and just be who YOU are … not what someone else THINKS you should be.

Stop worrying how much you weigh and concentrate on your mind and how you feel inside.you do not need an eating disorder honestly its just another obsession girls yoyr age fall into i did and if i could talk to 14 year old me id say forget about what everyone else thinks surround yourself with nice people who care and try take your mind off self harm and obsessing keep yourself busy and above all talk to your family honestly..if you want help your family is where you should start..if they are no good talk to someone you do trust and take their advice honestly you are probably georgeous you just cant see it at the moment!!

Skinny is beautiful. Just eat healthy and be aware of the amount of sugar you intake, eat as little processed foods as possible, and switch to vanilla soy milk instead of dairy. Eat a healthy dinner no later than 6 pm and remember that anything u eat 2-3 hours before bed turns to fat. Make sure u drink lots of water and get enough sleep because those things keep your metabolism healthy. Also, doing exercise in 10 minutes increments three times a day is sufficient. So take three 10 minute walks or climb the stairs for 10 minutes or jump on a trampoline for 10 minutes etc to stay healthy. Also, eat a small but healthy breakfast; that’s proven to help u not overeat later. U can email me at amoradae@msn.com if u want. 🙂

Let’s face it ~ we live in America ~ weight makes a difference in EVERYTHING.
Hey my nan thinks in too skinny and I weigh 10/11 stone. I did put on a bit of weight mainly through depression but I have been on this new medication a few months and the weight just dropped off. My nan stuffs me with protah (like a pancake which you eat with butter, mango char, yogurt etc) It’s just flour water and buter fried in a particular way or you can put veg or horse radish in it. She is actually wrong and it is healthier to have a balanced diet.
Learn to cook. I started steaming my food. Fish and veg is tasty and healthy when it is steamed. Don’t think about whether you weigh too much or too little. Just ask your mum to buy the right food. Some of this stuff is quite cheap. I go to the fish Market and buy lemon sole (best pan fried) and trout which is great steamed.
you may not want to follow amoradae the puppy kicker’s advice to much – if amoradae want’s to kick puppies, why would he/she give care about anyone’s well being?
FYI – all people of every shape and size can be and are beautiful. being happy and healthy are what is most important.

Food you have eaten before bed doesnt turn to fat if you have eaten healthy and exercised a bit your body uses what it needs and stores the rest as long as you stay away from sugar which is easily converted to fat your body has to work toprocess the food get a calorie counter and follow directions for your weight and size.if you do that properly you will end up with what you want a beautiful healthy body but dont starve yourself or use it incorrectly xxx
