“I am happy… because I got through it… and you will too… There’s still hope… Don’t give up yet because… You’re not alone.”

It’s during our darkest times that many (including me) forget this. Sometimes the events, the thoughts, the emotions, and the gravity of the situation lead us away from the above thought. People (including me) forget that we’ve already been through so much… and learned lessons along the way. It’s important to remember that there is always hope.
