Breathing helps MARGINALLY .
I feel so guilty like I did something wrong, I don’t think I did but I CANT CONTROL THIS FEELING. I always find myself holding my breath and it helps
but I heard its not good to do this? I know I shouldn’t be feeling like this! But for some reason it feels like I deserve it.
I can’t even eat, no appetite but I think this makes me more nervous because my stomach starts growling, but when i do eat I feel like I’ll throw up.
I’ve tried everything. But i feel its involuntary.
 I want to escape.

Hey I dunno you sound like someone in desperate need of benzoes unless you are a kid otherwise get along to a councillor annd try learn some relaxation techniques.I know right now your worlds ending but try not to worry it only makes thing worse I hope you get the help you needxxx
Wish there was more “room” in society for anxious people. I used to “control” my anxiety by not eating too.
The best thing I’ve found though, is if you meet someone who likes you the way you are, warts and all. Someone who loves you even though you’re anxious.
But yeah, meditation can help a little, as can putting your tongue in the bottom of your mouth for some reason.
All I can say is, you’re beautiful the way you are, we should all be making sure you’re comfortable so you can “spread your wings” etc.
