Life is tough and life is always going to be difficult. No person is perfect and not everyone can see the real picture even though it’s right infront of them. Some people need a little push to see the obvious. and I’m sure that if they still don’t see it, it’s not that they don’t care. Maybe they aren’t sure how to handle that situation? Or maybe their life isn’t going the way that they don’t want it to? It’s actually pretty hard to help someone else when you yourself is suffering. Especially if you are suffering from the same thing. If you don’t know what to tell yourself, how do you expect to give someone else advice?
In my opinion, people who say that they are going to kill themselves and noone helps them, and they just allow them to do it.. It makes that person feel worse. It makes them want to die more. It makes them feel like noone cares. I’ve been there. And I know what it’s like. I’ve attempted it and I’ve asked for help before.. I wasn’t helped. But I survived on my own.
The main point of this message is to tell anyone, ANYONE, who reads this that it is perfectly okay to talk to me. About anything. I may not be able to help, But I give good advice. So I’ve been told. And no matter if I know anyone or not, I care.

What are the easy small things we can do now, to get through one more day of hell?
You can always think about things, like things that are good in your life. And if you think that you don’t have anything good in your life, make something up. Find somewhere in your mind that you come to peace and that you feel is a “happy place.” Think of the reasons that you smile, or reasons for you to smile. Talk to people who care. Have a positive attitude, without being cocky, with almost anything that you do no matter who approves or who does. it doesn’t matter what other people think.
