Is there any other method you can use to funnel out the negative feelings?
Am a cutter myself but I find exercise, hitting a bag, swinging a bat, running around screaming, or killing people on various incarnations of GTA very satisfying.
Hey uselessgirl… Like U.N. suggested, maybe there are other ways to de-stress? A run or a long bike ride help me quite a bit. It’s been a little while since you wrote a post… What’s going on?

Less dangerous than cutting.
