I don’t get “nooses give”.
this confuses me and its smart at the same time…
No idea, found it in the cesspool called Tumbler. Nooses give, means that they “break†(ex: my knees gave inâ€). I know right? LOL
OK I looked it up! These are the wise words of the great American poet, short story writer, critic and satirist, Dorothy Parker.
