This may seem too simple. If you can do something that brings you relief, do it…if trying to do something brings you more frustration then do nothing. It’s easier to flow in whatever state you’re in, than fight it. Again…if there is something..like going to our doctor and getting a prescription for Lorazepam…then by all means, it may help to calm you…the more attention you give your state, the more you sustain it. You are doing your best. Take care.

Have you tried breathing excises there are some really good ones that can help you relax and stay calm
