Im on Zoloft as well, slowly building up on dosages. Right now Im on 75 and I`ll keep going up until im at 200mg.
My psychiatrist reminded me that its going to take a lot of time to actually have a decent day. I totally relate to you though on the some days are good/decent and some are really bad. My mom has kinda treated it like what the hell is going on.
I was on Zoloft years ago… gives you a monster head ache going on and when you come off. Could be a month before it levels off. Whatever you do don’t quit without doctor’s supervision. It’ll make you feel like someone tried to yank your brain out through your eyes!

Yes. This is quite normal I’m afraid.
I went through it, too.
It takes a while for the meds to, I guess, build up enough in your system so that things get stable. I never took Zoloft, though.
It might be that the meds need to be adjusted or that another med needs to be added.
It will be a bit of _directed_ trial and error for you and your doctor, so communicating these issues with your doctor is important.
Hang in there.
