Someone told me that i should smile more?
I asked why? He said “because you look worred and sad all the time”
I repiled ” Well thats because I am”
He said back “Why?”
I told him my story and he laughed and walked away
Just then i started covering my life with a smile, a huge fake mask
maybe I should wear it for Halloween because “smiles” are scary because you never know what is hiding ehind them

I don’t know why smiling is such an issue on this site. Do people really force themselves to be smiley all the time. Its involuntary, other than that be indifferent. As a kid I would never smile when people asked still dont. I don’t understand how people can smile all the time to me that’s not normal. I read an article recently on smiling depression (there is such a thing). Can probably look it up on google if you can be bothered.
i put a smile on when i can be bothered to face life, and its difficult, but it stops people asking questions
Its voluntary? Well obviously because the pain you feel you don’t want to reflect as its to much to bare your emotions on other people. I know where you’re coming from bab, smiling seems like the answer to everyones questions. Masks make us fake, but whenever we breifly take them off, it can be the happiest moment we experience. Chin up. X

Yes I am real, I have tried drownig myself didnt work because of my grandmas neighbor, 2cd time is when i took 8 advils and some ibeporfeins, 3rd time is when i took a whole bottle of advil with beer and alot of ibprofein
do you have any one you can talk to ?, and i know sort of how you feel, i was shown things in life that i shouldn’t have been at too young an age.
I have tried alot of people just dont either care or listin, and I cat afford a person that talks to other people about their problems……….

When I first joined I had a few conversations with Lucy4. I thought to myself I had never encountered a woman with that kind of wit and sense of humour. If I did she would be quite a catch. I eventually realised the Lucy4 wasn’t a woman at all. Quite the opposite.

@ s2419 I asked somebody whether there was something I could do about my insomnia without resorting to drugs. She said that she had this amazing relaxation method. So, I thought this could be promising and asked whether she would be willing to impart this valuable information. She said “well basically, you lay down with your arms by your side and start with your toes, focusing on them and relaxing them. once they’re relaxed you go to your legs, hips torso etc.” I thought to myself is that it. Anyway, I tried it and it didn’t work.
