No you can’t really, unless you’re willing to put up with pain for a week or permanent damage if you don’t succeed even with alcohol and pain pills. You’d be better off with a gun, a noose, or plastic bag. But seriously I hope yu stay around until you’ve really checked out every option first. But if you do go through with it, don’t use tablets, or use them in combination with something else.
