i was told that when you are having an anxiety attack (I am assuming they are similar to panic attacks) to put a VERY cold rag on your forehead. It makes your head change from thinking about emotional to logical….. It helped me. Not saying it took it all away. But it helped get me past a few moments that were scary.

go to a issloated place away from people and sweat it out by yourself you will be ok. you just need to calm down. rag on the fore head helps too!
