I don’t know how old you are (college, maybe?) but I hope you’ll go to the campus counseling center. School can be stressful at any age – and if you have unresolved hurts from your past, it’s all going to get to you. Campus counselors are really skilled and caring. Let them help you.
You’re young. You have so much ahead and lots of time. Don’t give up now.
Explain to her why you’re cutting and tell her if she’s concerned to help you herself because if she tells anyone you’ll be worse off and more likely to do something worse.
