Hey I understand it’s difficult when people around you specially who u live with dont accept u for who you r. They see things differently. Sometimes dont accept change very easily. But it happens slowly with time. I dont knw if u n I are even on the same page but I’ve seen people change and accept new things accept changes. Once you understand each other’s perspective it becomes easier to accept. Hope it answers what you wanted to ask.
I avoid this problem by just not interacting with anyone I live with unless I have to. I don’t know how old you are, but if you can find someplace better to live then do it. If not, then just try to ignore them until you do find someplace better.
If you can find a couple of people who do accept you for who you are, it gets a lot easier to ignore the losers who don’t. If you have a hobby or interest, try to find other people who are also into it.
I usually feel isolated, and lower in self-esteem. I think of myself differently, as a “wrong” person. Sometimes, I reverse it and live as who I am and not how I am expected to live. But that is rare.
Music is a temporary relief for me, as I still have to live and deal with the same feelings and emotions.
