I’m so confused. I haven’t had a full nights sleep in weeks and when I eventually drift off its after sobbing myself to sleep for hours and I wake up in the night crying. But I have no idea why I’m so sad. Anything sets me off – literally the simplest things and even while I am crying I’m thinking this is strange what is going on but I cant stop once I have started.
I don’t feel like eating but I feel sick all the time and the cutting doesn’t really help anymore
I just feel like I’m in pain ALL THE TIME…
Well it’s ok to cry.. Perhaps after a long period of not crying, it’s good to let it out for a few days or weeks. But in the end we jump right back on the horse.
I would recommend you start getting out more and maybe exercising more, if that’s an option for your situation..idk.
Walking, jogging, hiking while listening to music. Or maybe just go to an open area and just sit in peace. Try not to think too much. You need fresh air and natural inspiration, it will put things into perspective if things are confusing right now.
Did you still want to talk? I was where you are…when I first came to SP almost 2 years ago. I have no plans of any significance today…so I am here to listen if you still want to talk. Just warning you. I ask nosy questions?
