not really….because of 2 reasons
1. you have to have whatever triggers SUNDS inside of you
2. you don’t know when it will happen so its unreliable and unreasonable to wait for it
Best ways to die are helium or ******** gas in my opinion. When done correctly it’s painless and quick.
