Don’t Hate Me

iv’e never done anything to you

so don’t hate me because you don’t know me

you can’t judge me by my appearance

just like you cant judge a book by its cover

i’m better on the inside so just give me a chance

just like that book that looks boring but was actually an amazing book

now i know i’m not beautiful and i know i look depressed

but that’s what years of fighting depression does

after awhile you just give up and become dead on the inside

dead on the inside is what i am now hence my username…..

i’m just alike that piece of furniture that has no purpose for you

you pile things on that piece of furniture because it doesn’t matter to you

just like they pile more shit on to me and they just don’t realize

when that piece of furniture is gone you miss it

just like you will miss me even those who know my name but not my story

after awhile they’ll forget me

just like you forgot that piece of furniture

i’m not to sure how much longer i can hold up these weight on my shoulder if i get knocked to the ground again i don’t think i’m getting back up and then they’ll kick me until i disappear for a while and they hear the news that i ended it and they’ll blame themselves but its not their fault but they don’t truly care about me or they would have treated me better.
