my sister called me ungrateful because I said I don’t want to live anymore. Â She said I’m healthy and I don’t have anything wrong with me so I should be grateful and live
Grateful to who, and for what? That seems like a non-sequitur argument. She should include more details for support of what she’s saying if she’s going to make weird statements like that.
I think it may mean grateful that you’re not suffering in different ways (like health) as much as other people around the world .. which is supposed to make you feel better somehow??
I’m not in great condition and life is an up hill struggle.. But I still find it in me to be grateful for what I have in this life, things could be a lot worse. I mean..you don’t have to be grateful all the time. Being depressed and suicidal, while being “grateful” from time to time, is like admitting you’re “wrong” from time to time. It’s not the end of the world, yet a lot of people have a hard time doing it.
Just tell her what she wants to hear if it matters that much, it’s not gonna hurt anyone!
Give her a cow’s heart and tell her to cherish it. Tell her she should love it because it’s a gift.. that you’ll be heartbroken if she throws it away. Tell her that she must keep it close to her as it rots… as it writhes with maggots… tell her to find the beauty in it.
exactly why did you have to die if you don’t have a problem.do you?if you don’t and i am sure you don’t and your sister is sure that you don’t.why did you should die?
And why is the other comments sound like weird.because i am sure they don’t know you but they sound like they know you more than your sister and amazingly they are blaming her.amazing
Joinel, how you, or we, or ahannah’s sister perceives the situation is irrelevant. It’s how ahannah perceives the situation that is relevant. What isn’t a big deal for you may be a huge deal for someone else.
Should be really wake up each day and thank our lucky stars we weren’t one of the 24,000 people killed by lightning strikes each year or 100 people killed on commercial flights. Should we really be thankful that we weren’t one of the 90 people killed by bee stings this year? No, of course not because that would be ridiculous. Never be grateful for anything. There are actually more things to be ungrateful for, don’t hear me complaining about it.
….again I sense sarcasm in dukes statements….seems to be his way of communicating….but anyway in response to the OP…..umm…..lets see….. we should be grateful for a life that we didn’t ask for and grateful that we get to live in a fucked up crazy world with good health that will allow us to live a long life in this fucked up crazy world? I would rather be struck by lightning or on a commercial flight that crashes than be on the miserable rock for 70+ years due to my…good…health…. fuck that …. It could be worse true enough but that doesn’t change the fact that it’s incredibly bad right now…. I’d trade places with any of those kids with terminal illnesses ….they’re the lucky ones if you ask me….they get to have a very brief childhood then die…..I’d prefer that over this ANY day

Your sister sounds like she is full of shit. Hope you don’t mind me saying this.

She has previously expressed that her sister frequently behaves in unacceptable ways.
