Most attempts at overdose by pills fail. It is the least reliable method of attempting suicide. Unless you have barbiturates that is – that’s a different story.
You’re probably going to have to resort to a more unpleasant alternative like hanging, jumping, firearm, etc. if you want to succeed unfortunately.
Overdose will not work most of the times, been there, failed as well. You’d have to get some really specific pills (expensive and hard to track) in order from them to work and you still have the risk of vomiting them all if not done properly, so it’s not weakness on your side.
I’m not going to speak about “god”, but I don’t think it’s because you’re weak. Most attempted pill overdoses are not successful. Your body naturally will fight to live – even when you’re unconscious. The human life is fragile but at the same time surprisingly resilient at times.

me too tried pills & wrist cutting, even belly stab but failed. I think that hanging is decisive & less chance to save.
