No one understands me or the way I feel. I’m deeply depressed and cant tell anyone about it. I have so many things wrong with me.. I hate my self for who I am, I hide everything, because if I told someone they would think im crazy or a lunatic. Suicide is constantly on my mind, but who do I run to when no one is there? I ask my self that every Day.

I ask the same question, because I both have no one to ask nor does anyone care to listen. Who the hell do I ask for help? How the hell do I ask?
But we can talk to one another. And perhaps a therapist.

Yeah, this site is a great example and proof that you are not alone in feeling like this. We are just people that experience more deeply than others. And you’re right… Most of us just want to voice our feelings, not act on them so the police and paramedics get called in… But if you want to talk, talk yourself out of your dark place by finding a good therapist. Yeah, you’ll have to find the one you are comfortable with, and when you do they will actually help you deal with things. Modern meds also take time to work.
Remember, your life has value.
