Shot gun is a good choice.. fast and reliable.. i dont think u have time to feel pain from shot gun
because its gonna be instant kill but too messy way to leave this world.
Detergent method.. fast and reliable(only if u know how to create lethal dose) one breath will kill u in small enclosed area. No pain and quick way to leave this world.

The helium method is not supposed to be painful… there is plenty of info on it and how it is a peaceful method, but since there are so many variables to it, it is just easy to fail or get something wrong.
As buttless said ******** is a sure choice for a peaceful one (but hard and expensive to get), the detergent method seems to be the way to go if you don’t have ********, but dangerous to other around you. Any method you choose, just be sure to research into it before doing it… failing is a possibility with any method if you don’t get your facts straight.
