Maybe it’s not my place to say anything, but your comment is kind of rude ersc6541.
Forgive me if I am wrong goingnub, but I do not believe you mean to kill yourself when you say “I want to sleep forever”, contrary to what ersc6541 seems to have concluded. Perhaps you’re just wanting for things to clear up so you can find yourself in a place where needn’t worry about maintaining the slightest bit of control in your life? But that’s a dumb question for me to ask I guess, because aren’t we all wanting that?
In my mind, “sleeping forever” implies the desire to shut out the world for a long enough time that you need not worry about “tomorrow” or “what happens next”. I believe that people often say this rather than “I want to kill myself” because despite the “forever” part, they still wish to be woken up if a moment deemed worthwhile presents itself to them in case a change of luck is at bay. However these are just generalisations and stereotypes from observations I made – I do not know your situation at all, nor how you truly feel. Only you know that.
If you have a few days to spare for yourself (preferably more than 3 days, ideally a week) I would recommend a good long sleep followed by a quick-start day with a good breakfast and some high energy activities somewhere you haven’t been before.. then wind it down with a good book and a hot cuppa.. rinse and repeat until finished.
Of course this is just a temporary solution to help make you feel refreshed before resuming with your own routines.. you’ll have to sort out what’s getting you down if you truly want to feel like you “awake” and that you have a life worth living.
Life is hard 99% of the time. There are many times I wish I could just die and wake up in a situation better than the one I’m in now. I guess just work hard are save as much money as you can to take care of YOURSELF! No one else will be looking out for you so you have to take care of yourself.

I understand exactly how u feel. Unfortunately I don’t have a solution. Maybe jump off. Sad but true.
